Timesheet (Activity & Working Hours Tracking) — now available with a more accurate system to monitor employee working hours in detail, from productivity to labor cost estimates.
- Real-Time Timer (Start/Stop): Employees can start a timer when they begin working and stop it when they finish or take a break (Pause), recording work duration down to the second.
- Detailed Activity Log: Each timesheet records when the timer was started, paused, and resumed, making it easier for admins to validate working hours.
- Evidence & Attachments: When completing a task, employees can upload multiple files/images as proof of work along with a short summary.
- Linked to Services & Projects: Each time entry can be linked to a specific Service type or Project to simplify client billing and cost reporting.
- Task Management (Daily & One-time): Supports daily recurring tasks and one-time tasks. If a task doesn’t require a timer, employees can still submit manual completion reports.
- Timesheet Reports & Dashboard: Admins can view total team working hours per period, identify tasks that take the most time, and evaluate efficiency.
- Status Automation: The system automatically detects timers that are still Running or Paused to prevent missed or overlapping work hours.
- Timesheet Report Export: Admins can download working duration reports in Excel to analyze productivity, calculate workload, and support more objective performance reviews.
- Integrated with Task Checklist: Timesheet is now integrated with Task Checklists—turn routine tasks into time tracking by enabling "Use Timer", so each work progress is automatically recorded.
- Transparent History Log: Every activity records second-by-second status changes (when started, who started it, and when paused). This provides fair data for employees and management because it cannot be manually manipulated.
Quick start: Select a Task → Click Start Timer → Pause if needed → Stop/Finish → Upload Evidence & Add Summary → Submit → Admin Review & Approve → View Duration & Activity Reports.
KPI V2.0 (Performance Evaluation) — KPI is now cleaner, more flexible, and includes easy-to-read reports to track employee performance over time.
- KPI Templates (Ready to Use): Admins can create evaluation aspect templates so they don’t need to re-enter them every time.
- Segmented templates: KPI templates can be created per user, department, or position/post (e.g., Sales KPIs differ from Finance).
- Automatic KPI generation: KPIs can be generated from templates for multiple employees at once for a selected period (saves time for routine reviews).
- Still customizable: After generating, aspects/indicators can still be edited/added/removed based on employee conditions or that period’s needs.
- Import KPI from Excel: Admins can download an Excel sample based on the template, fill the Actual column, then upload to mass-fill KPI values faster.
- Aspect/indicator-based scoring: Admins can define scoring points as needed (e.g., Discipline, Productivity, Timeliness, Teamwork, Work Quality, etc.).
- Supports weights & formulas: Each aspect can have a weight and optional formula for fair and automatic calculations.
- Clear evaluation periods: KPIs are created with a start date and end date so results don’t mix across periods.
- Automatic Total Score: Scores from each aspect are summarized into a Total Score automatically.
- More structured status flow: Draft → Submitted → Approved/Rejected for cleaner and accountable review.
